If you got at least one Refund Anticipation Loan ("RAL") through an H&R Block office in Alabama between June 13, 1989 and December 31, 1996, and you did not previously request to be excluded from the class, you are a member of the Mitchell class. But, you are not a member of the Mitchell class if you also obtained a RAL through H&R Block after January 1, 1997, because those RAL applications contained a provision requiring you to arbitrate any disputes you might have against H&R Block.

If you got at least one Refund Anticipation Loan ("RAL") through an H&R Block office in Maryland between January 1, 1992 and December 31, 1996, and you did not previously request to be excluded from the class, you are a member of the Green class. But, you are not a member of the Green class if you also obtained a RAL through H&R Block after January 1, 1997, because those RAL applications contained a provision requiring you to arbitrate any disputes you might have against H&R Block.
